As an internal audit, we already have a fool-proof inspection mechanism in place – through which each item at the time of dispatch is thoroughly & conclusively reviewed and the whole process is documented with photographic & video-graphic evidence. This is how we assure our valued customers that your orders are dispatched in perfect shape. Its because of these checks & balances that there are hardly any quality issues involved at our end, but if by any chance there is any undisputable complaints (e.g. wrong design or wrong stone colors by mistake, etc) then our valued customers are duly compensated with exchange in due course of time but as per our SOPs.
We do have the policy to change the order depending upon possible propositions but we don’t normally cancel the orders that we book after customer’s confirmation and/or after the transaction.
