The metal is a mix of brass and silver having 21K gold plating.
Our pieces in gold color have 21k gold plating and silver pieces are rhodium plated.

We use real freshwater pearls and semi-precious colored stones.
The ornaments in terms of shape, design, make, size, etc are always the same as shown in the pictures. The colors of the stones / pearls are kept as matching as possible although there can be a very minor variation in color due to the camera angles or lighting effects during the photography. In case of real pearls there can be a very tiny difference as the shade / tone of stones/pearls has slight variations naturally. Our jewelry is 100% handmade stuff so in very rare cases there can be an ignorable difference as these are man-made pieces afterall.
We only customize our own designs while we don’t cater orders of other’s designs.
Yes, we do. Free delivery policy for nationwide shipments. Although for international shipments, charges apply as per the shipment company’s prevailing tariff according to the weight of the consignments.
As an SOP, we duly inform our valued customers after shipping the package / product with proper tracking details / slip timely. The shipment booking period for Ready-to-Deliver products is around 48-72 hours.
As a policy we have strict no-return or exchange terms – upon your confirmation, we deliver the orders crafted with utmost perfection. There are hardly any quality issues involved at our end, but if by any chance there is any genuine complaints (e.g. wrong design or wrong stone colors by mistake, etc) then our valued customers are duly compensated with exchange in due course of time but as per our SOPs.
We can change the order depending upon possible propositions but we don’t normally cancel the orders that we book after customer’s confirmation or after the transaction.
